Sir/madam,
I wish to draw your kind attention towards delay in providing a new connection in substaion barra-8, jarauli phase2.
Ir/madam i have applied for a new connection at above mentioned substaion and also made a payment of rs. 2380 on date 9/08/2016 and before paying this amount i was asked to pay rs. 500 in the name of file making charges.
They are not taking proper action and taking time unnecessarily. I visited at 11 august and asked me to come later. Even on phone calls they did'nt give satisfactory answer. Registration no. Of payment is[protected] with consumer name 'shashi bhan singh'. Mob-[protected]
Hence i request you to take action and help me in providing connection as soon as possible.
