I am a old Hyundai Customer. I wanted to but Hyundai Alcazar and accordingly visited Ketan Hyundai showroom at Amravati (Maharashtra), where sale executive Aniruddha Lokhande gave information about the Hyundai Alcazar. Thereafter upon due consultation with sale executive Aniruddha Lokhande, I decided to place order for Hyundai Alcazar MT Prestige Diesel. At this time sale executive Aniruddha Lokhande told me and also WhatsApp me that Alcazar MT Prestige diesel manufactured in May 2025 is available in their showroom and i can get the delivery of vehicle in quick time.
Thereafter I was taken to see the said vehicle and I repeatedly asked to said sale executive 'are you sure that this Alcazar is manufactured in May 2025' and at every time he said yes this vehicle is manufactured in May 2025.
Even at the time of starting the process for booking I again asked to said sale executive are you sure that this Alcazar, which I am booking, is manufactured in May 2025 and he again said yes.
This time I told him to show form no.22 for verifying the Manufactuing month and said sales executive called his Team Leader where they made some discussion and avoided to show form no.22 and assured me that the vehicle available in showroom is manufactured in May 2025. I strongly insisted to show the form no.22 and at this time they both stated that the vehicle is manufactured in March 2025.
As I was duly assured by said sales executive that the vehicle available at showroom is manufactured in May 2025 i wanted to book it. But the above two person made misrepresentation about month in which the vehicle is manufactured and by suppressing material fact were instigating me to book a older vehicle.
Thus for such conduct appropriate action in accordance with law should be taken against the above person and the MD of Ketan Hyundai should be apprised about the conduct of his employees. Was this information helpful? |
