Keva Industries — Sold me the products on the name of distributor programme.

I met the promotors of Keva Industries Bhupendra Singh and Ashish Nigam in a workshop in Kota, Raj. And I was told that I will be provided with an id and password right after depositing 3000 in the bank account of company while I got that after 25 days when I asked them for refund. They had stopped answering my calls on usual basis after I deposited 3000. And that too I got my 1st pay out when I asked for refund again. While I was told in the workshop that I will get my 1st pay out within 1 week of deposit. And then they again stopped attending my calls, replying my messages on Whatsapp despite being online. And if i call them from unknown no., they would attend. And one day when i reacted on this, Mr. Bhupendra asked me to take my refund and now it has been 1 month to that, he is not refunding me my amount. They had told me that they will give my contact no. In the newspaper also so that i can earn. But Mr. Bhupendra Singh doesn't want anyone else to earn and so he never gave my contact details in the newspaper. And even the national promotor of the company Mr. Maan Singh is not helping me out. He just asks me to relax and says that he will call back and never does so. And the company doesn't have any manager or officer who takes action against the promotors. This is a thief company. They just sell products through this distributor programme.
