I ordered some clothes from an online store named 'keve shop' on ist march, 2020 at 03:55 pm, after seeing an ad on instagram. I placed an order of 1097 indian rupees.
It was shown on the website that the order will be delivered after 7 days but i never received my order and later found out that the store was fake. There was no order tracking facility on the website. I even sent an email to the email address provided on the website, i. E. ([protected]@keveshop.com), but i never got any reply.
I have attached the screenshot of the bill along with this complaint for the specific details. Please help me get a refund.
