Keveshop.com — product not delivered

I have placed an order #10170 on february 23, and the website says that the product will be delivered within 14 days.

I have checked with the company mail id to track the order status after 14 days, but the reply i got is that it is in process and will take 14 days.

When enquired again on march 12, 2020, i haven't got any response.

Not sure the website -"keveshop.com" is genuine or fake.

Need your help with this, if the product is not delivered, would request my refund.

Package Ordered but Not delivered. There is no helpline or contact number. Given contact email address in website is also not working. During payout no COD option was available hence full payment done of Rs. 598 on 24th February'2020.

Please help me out for cashback of Rs. 598.

I have order shirts from keveshop worth 589 rs.. They have confirmed the order on email also. But its been a month now and I haven't received the order.
