They had provided me with an online work of bio data typing which I did for 2 days, I completed around 210 resumes.
On the 3rd day in between work they suddenly blocked my ID without any valid reason and when I mailed them they said I violated the agreement, saying I logged in multiple ip’s and they sent the data stating the same which does not consist of the IP I was actually using and my call history doesn't have their calls .
They are not unblocking my ID so that I can complete my work and above that they are threatening me with legal actions. Their advocate Mr.Abhijeet Desai called me and asked me to pay money(Rs.10, 000) .
They aren't paying for my work and tried to extort money from me to unblock my id & not filing legal complaints against me. Was this information helpful? |
