Dear sir/madam,
As on date 27/05/25 on time-16:25 I have booked some consignment from pedda amberpet to sangareddy against consg No-P261 AND Tracking no[protected] by TSRTC, when our persons reached for collect materials, he saw a glass was totally Brocken, when i booked the materials I have informed TSRTC parsons please handle with care it's a glass item and I have marking the box for the same even booking time pedda amberpet TSRTC parson ensure me they will safely and carefully delivered, but when I called to TSRTC Pedda amberpet, MGBS and sangareddy branch they won't take any interest for my question, so I request to you TSRTC please take a serious action about this and claim my damage as soon as possible.
