I was making a contribution of 47711 to my e-NPS account (National Pension System) through Bill Desk payment gateway (19 Dec 2023) but the transaction failed before taking me to NPS confirmation page. Amount has been debited from my IDFC bank account but not credited to my NPS account. I tried raising in their grevience site with respective details but they said the transaction is failed, on the otherhand google pay confirmed the success of the transaction( I have the screenshot. Raised with billdesk . Please help any one how do i get my money back
