KFJ Jewellery — 115000 Paid for 23 Months for Gold and they have not paid money or jewel

We have paid money under Gold Scheme for 23 months till Nov 2018 and when we checked to get gold surprised to note that they have closed all shops at Chennai We have filed complaints thro PM portal and Kerala CM Portal. The owner is Cherian is not traceble and we do not know how to get our money
