I made a call for some details regarding emergency master checkup. I don't know who she is, I am very very disappointed, the way she spoke to me was very rude. I didn't even speak. I just started my conversation by saying "Hello". I didn't hear her voice for 20 seconds. So, I asked her "hello, hello can you hear me( in a polite way)" .I don't know why, (I think it is because of some network issues) she was like "I am telling Hello Hello Hello, why are you not responding, what do you want?"
