Hi ordered 2 products from khadi worth rs 810 on 3 Nov 2015. Transaction was showing as failed twice, however later when I checked my paytm wallet they had debited my amount twice from my paytm wallet. Then I tried calling the customer care numbers provided on site. However no one respond the cal eve after multiple attempts. Then I wrote an email to them they told they refund the money. I see that they have refunded 810 rs once to my paytm wallet still another transaction rs810 is not yet refunded.
