I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding a void transaction made using my ICICI Bank credit card and to request a refund at the earliest.

Merchant Name: KHIVRAJ VAHAN PRIVATE LIMITED, Khivraj Electrics (Prop.Khivraj Vahan Pvt Ltd), GVM Square, SP96, South Avenue Road, 13th Street, Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai - 600 058.
Swipe Machine Provider: HDFC
Issue: The transaction was voided immediately by the merchant due to a miscommunication regarding applicable discounts. However, the amount has not yet been refunded to my credit card account.
Despite the merchant confirming that the transaction was voided and no settlement was received on their end, I have not received the refund even after 4 working days. I was advised to wait 48 hours, but the delay is now affecting my billing cycle, which is due on the 25th of every month.
Request:
Kindly investigate the status of this void transaction and initiate the refund process at the earliest. I have attached the payment slip and relevant documents for your reference.
