Hi,
I have purchased one single door refrigerator on[protected]Invoice no – gstin : 19aabck9715c1zk and order no – 07622/1819/02404) and made the full payment on the same day from barasat showroom (Near 11 no. Rail gate). Sales executive name is susmita chowdhury ([protected]) and she has committed us to deliver the refrigerator at the delivery point (Howrah, udaynarayan pur, pin - 711226) by 20th june, 2018 (Wednesday). After a long waiting when i did not receive the refrigerator, i called her and she denies taking any delivery responsibility and asking me to talk with other guy named suraj. Also she misbehaves with us and did not receive my phone. After repeatedly calling, they informed me that the refrigerator will delivered by 22nd june 2018 (Friday) at the above mentioned delivery point otherwise they will refund my money (Rs.14000.00). But still the refrigerator is not delivered on 22nd june 2018 (Friday) and also they not informed me that they will not able to deliver it on 22nd june 2018 (Friday). When ever, i went barasat khosla electronics showroom (Near 11 no. Rail gate) on 23rd june 2018, store manager goutam, susmita and suraj commited me that by 23rd june 2018 eod, the refrigerator will must be deliver on the above mentioned address but still they have failed to deliver and disagree to refund my money back.in this way, i am repitedly suffered and misguided by barasat khosla electronics stuff, manager and sales executive and hares by them by which i am highly disappointed as a customer point of view.
So, please requested you to look into issue asap and take the necessary action to resolve the issue.
