I have Purchase TATA Tiago 3rd November 2023. At the time of Delivery they didn't given the seat cover and sale person told that within one week seat covers will provide.
After continuous follow-up with the sales person Lokesh ([protected]) he did't respond our calls and Messages . When ever he attend the call he will tell within one week we will deliver. Four months over still not gave the seat cover . Very irresponsible person. he didn't no how to react with customer complaint. Now one week back he told he left the job and contact to the person Girish ([protected]) for further assist. Iam cautiously follow-up with this person through call and message from last two weeks . He did't had that much of time to respond our call. this type of behavior form KHT motors is very bad. Atleast this type of persons don't no how to react with customer complaint.
From this Complaint, Iam requesting to the KHT Motors management to resolve this problem.
Iam feeling very bad to purchase the car in KHT Motors in White field once car is delivered they will not respond for any customer related service. Very bad sales persons and irresponsible. Was this information helpful? |
