Khushi — Non compliance of NHAI rules by toll plaza

We were at the Igatpuri Toll Plaza (District Nashik) and our waiting time was more than 10 seconds. We tried complaining about the same to the volunteer at the toll plaza but he did not consider our complaint. According to the rules at the NHAI website, I'd waiting time for any vehicle is more than 10 seconds then the vehicle is not to be charged any toll tax. But for my vehicle toll tax was deducted through the fast Tag. In this case I expect a refund of toll yax from the NHAI.
