My car broke down and was taken by My Tvs Perungudi chennai..and was informed that the clutch plate has to be changed..after 40 days they delivered the car i paid Rs 30969..jobcard no RJC-KOMR[protected] dt 28/12/2020..
my first trip after changing the clutch plate..i felt the car was raising and some burning smell from the engine..i called my tvs spoke to mr prince and Mr kishore ..tried explaining my issue and said i have changed the clutch plate..but to my surprise they said that clutch plate was not changed..and was
not providing any help.when i checked the bill they have mentioned different customer name and contact number.. so when i called they couldn't find my car repair details.. after several requests they took my car ..and informed that the clutch plate has been burnt and i need to again change it. blaming me that i would have driven the car half clutch..i have been using this car for several years. within 100 kms of changing the clutch including test drive by them dropping my car from their worshop to my residence..i have to pay again..suprised with the way Mr Ruben handles the customer..what assurance do we have after making the payment they can again simply blame us and we are helpless but to pay again..it is real harrasment and very rude treatment..My TVS is supposed to be well organised company..but few employees spoil their reputation and i wanted to bring this to other fellow customer's knowledge how they treat us after payment is done..
