Kia Allied Motors — Not providing Kia carans after due date

I have booked my Kia carans from allied motors and vehicle has not been provided till date giving wrong promises by Mr Vishal sharma and Mr adhikari sales manager both are fraud person just working for money must be removed immediately from Kia motors to remain good image of Kia motors trying to tarnish the image of Kia I had booked Kia carans on 16 Oct 23 and I was told that same will be handled over in navaratri and till date vehicle has not been handed over just because of not paying warranty money rs 24.000. I am a serving soldier and such type of behaviour is not appriicated. I urge the team manager to take action against these both defaulters at the earliest and vehicle may please be provided to as promised by these two individuals. Thanks I am mentally disturbed.
