I placed an order for RXN Super Court High Performance Lawn Tennis Shoes on 7th September 2025 through KIBI. Despite multiple follow-ups, the product has not been delivered yet. The company acknowledged the delay and assured resolution within 24 hours through an email in multiple mails, but no further update has been provided from last 40 days. This prolonged delay and lack of communication have caused inconvenience. I have already made the payment, and I am yet to receive either the product or a refund. I request the concerned authorities to kindly intervene and direct the company to: Deliver the ordered product immediately or Process a full refund to my original payment method.
