I ordered a kids nightsuit that claimed to be 100 percent cotton. It turned out to be synthetic. and the tag price was half of what I paid. I reached them out on the number for customer services. they showed me lab test for fabric for another product claiming it to be 100%. and gave me some excuse for the price. On being asked to escalate my complaint they never did and said their return policy didnt allow for payment in source account only store credits. After consistent follow ups I havnt received any redressal. this is defrauding customer with bad quality and high priciing, misguided labeling on site for price and quality and calls for action. I now have come across similar complaints on the product on this and several other fora. requesting action, Was this information helpful? |
