wrost service don't trust on them they are selling 20rs gripper at rs 800 don't trust on them don't order from there website they may send you broken parts and after words they will say sorry sir we can't take the responsibility of thisis not there in our policy i am really feeling shame on robokit india. never never trust on them don't buy from this website its my personal request please check the image of 800rs gripper then u decide whether to buy or not no motor no sensor only plastic model like a toys

I personally visit the Robokits Ahmadabad & buy 25 GPRS Modem,
I found complain during my testing of 3 Nos. all were not working, I go there they shown me test on more than 5 Volt 2 of them working but 1 of them was not working & found faulty, they replace it to me.
I ask to test all 25 Nos. in front of them to make sure but they said that you can test at your place & return if any found faulty. I came back & Test very Next day morning & i found 3 of them faulted & i send a person to take replacement & they simply denied not to replace the items, during my visit behavior of its owner was too rude & even there i found hardly a broken chair to spent 1 Hour time. they are running from the third class shop cum go-down kind of infrastructure, approx 10 persons were busy in soldering the component on Chinese PCB.
in simple word they dont know customer satisfaction.

We Purchased a Kit worth 1.35 Lacs. It never worked since arrival. Initially for few days, they kept asking for more and more details. Then They refused to provide any support. Blocked our calls and misbehaved with our CEO. When we returned the kit, they refused to accept the courier. Very sad that such cheat companies are even allowed to operate legally. We Still have that kit and its invoice all shaming emails printouts well preserved. They may be good for small components but you never know when you will be cheated!!
ROBOKITS INDIA — The product warranty is continuous but the shopkeeper says we can't help you.
Dear sir, I purchase the RFID reader at 10th day ago. But, the product is faulty. I give back product for check what is the fault because the product warranty is 3 months. But, they will say the product is damage by reverse supply and they can't help me. So, I am inform you. Please, help me sir.
