An account of my horrible experience with 3 Roses Agency, Chennai which provided my family with a full time maid. She collected 12,000 as brokerage and arranged a full time maid. After collecting first month salary, the maid disappeared. Then started a daily routine of a temporary maid coming who had no knowledge of cooking, another day a temp maid arrived, took rs.50 to pay the auto, went downstairs and disappeared. Nirmala, the owner will continuously lie to you. The worst part is that if she cannot meet a commitment, if she tells you, you can at least make plans (we had a 1 year old baby at home, thats why we needed the full time maid badly) - she will make promises she cant keep and you will be scrambling at last minute. Pls avoid at all costs!
