Kids Zone — The study table and wardrobe delivered

I placed the order for bedroom set which includes bed wardrobe loft dressing table and also study table and kids wardrobe. Quotation finalized on 23/07 for amount 2lakhs and down payment was made for 50k. On delivery in September the product received was not upto the mark the sales executive convinced he will fix the issues. Which was an opportunity given but his labours are not able to cope up with the finishing and I have been asking to take the product back and send refund.
