Respected Sir/Madam,
I, Rahil Dinker Nigam, parent/guardian of a minor child (aged 3 years and 7 months), hereby submit this formal complaint against (Class Teacher) and the deployed Shadow Teacher at your institution—Kidzee, Sector-15, CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai — for their unprofessional, irresponsible, and inappropriate conduct towards my minor daughter.

1. BACKGROUND & ADMISSION DETAILS
My daughter was enrolled in the Nursery Class at your afore mentioned branch on 27th August 2026, with the intention of continuing her education through to Sr. KG. A fee of ₹35, 000/- was duly paid via cheque at the time of admission. Upon admission, all required personal documents pertaining to myself and my daughter were also submitted to the school administration.

2. INCIDENTS OF MISCONDUCT & INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOUR
a) Incident on 31st August 2026 – Her Class Teacher, was observed speaking to my daughter in a rude and dismissive manner. The demeanor of the teacher clearly reflected an unfavorable attitude towards my child. This matter was brought to the attention of the School Principal; however, no corrective action was taken.
b) Incident on 1st September 2026 (Janmashtami Celebration) – On the day of the Janmashtami event, my daughter arrived at school in a cheerful and enthusiastic state. However, within approximately one hour, at around 10:30 AM, she was found to be in severe distress and was crying continuously.
Upon inquiry, my daughter disclosed the following:
• Due to the Absentiseem of the teachers all the students were asked to sit in a single classroom and in which she had requested water from the Class Teacher, as food had become lodged in her throat. Her request was denied, thereby neglecting a basic health and safety need of a minor child.
• The Class Teacher physically grabbed/pinched her cheek forcefully and aggressively instructed her to sit down in front of all other students — an act which caused visible emotional distress, humiliation, and psychological harm to my child.
This behaviour is a direct violation of the child's dignity and constitutes physical intimidation and emotional abuse of a minor.

3. REPEATED PATTERN OF BEHAVIOUR & SCHOOL'S INACTION
The above incidents are not isolated. My daughter has repeatedly expressed fear of attending school and has requested that the teacher refrain from grabbing her face/cheeks in anger. After attending school for only 5 days (27th August 2026 to 1st September 2026), she has refused to return to school due to the trauma caused by the said staff members.
The school administration was duly informed after the first incident, yet failed to take any remedial action, which allowed the misconduct to continue and escalate.

4. DENIAL OF CCTV FOOTAGE
In order to substantiate the aforementioned incidents, I formally requested access to the CCTV/classroom footage for 1st September 2026. This request was denied by the school administration without any valid justification, which raises serious concerns regarding transparency and accountability.
________________________________________
Considering the above, I hereby place the following formal demands before the school management:
# Demand
1 Full refund of ₹35, 000/- (fee paid via cheque) within 7 working days of receipt of this letter
2 Issuance of an official payment receipt for the cheque submitted at the time of admission
3 Return of all original personal documents submitted by myself and on behalf of my daughter
4 Provision of CCTV footage of the classroom for 1st September 2026 as a matter of record
5 A written explanation from the management regarding the disciplinary action taken against the concerned staff

7. CONCLUSION
My daughter's safety, dignity, and emotional well-being are of paramount importance. The conduct of the school's staff has caused measurable psychological harm to a child who is barely 3 years old. I trust that the school management will treat this matter with the urgency and seriousness it rightfully deserves and resolve the same amicably and promptly.
Till the Time I was coordinating with the School Principal but after no getting any reliable Response I am forwarding the same for the upper management Review and Resoloution.

Yours Sincerely,
Rahil Dinker Nigam Parent/Guardian
