Kidzee Pre School — Registration Fee not refund.

I want discuss issue I'm facing in, Kidzee Pre School Aichar, Near Eldeco, 155/147, Aicher Main Rd, Accher, Pi I & II, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201310.
School derive add campaign/event for the admission in my society .and school coordinator Jyoti Chaudhary Aaliya and Pooja will asked to visit school with them same day and in school they ask to pay fees for registration and it will refundable if not satisfied. That time I was pay only registration fees.then after I realised there fees structure and activities charges and annual charges is too high. After few hours informed to the school coordinator and next day also I informed but they denied to refund. And they give me date to come in the school and meet Head/Principal and I'm meet with Head/Principal for the refund of registration amount.due to unable to afford fees structure and activities charges and annual charges is too high. But they denied they said me fees is enrolled by kidzee application they can't Refund this amount in any cost.please look into this matter and provide resolutions in this please find attached screenshot of transaction and Fee receipt for your reference.
