Hello Mam/ Sir,
Myself Humaira Shaikh from Nerul, Navi Mumbai, I am working as a teacher for playgroup and Junior at Kidzee - The Magical mind in Nerul, Navi Mumbai. My complaint is for the Thilaga Devendra Center Manager of the school as she is not having a proper management at the school. She is not coming to school for 1 - 2 months, not having proper maushi, teachers were told to do the work which maushi were doing, whatever curriculum kidzee had been provided she is not working on it. Its been 2 years of opening the school but till now none of the one field trip she had taken. Parents were complaining about her behaviour how she is managing the school. Apart from parents we as a teachers were also suffering as we don't get our salary on time and when we get it our 10 mins of salary were deducted. When the inspection were done she used to show all fake things.
She is not even giving us yearly 8 paid leaves she is always looking forward to deduct our money from the payment.
Previous year when I resigned from their I haven't got my training certificate she didn't let me complete my notice period and again when I rejoined she is not giving me salary and certificate. We as teachers were suffering from so many things, it's a humble request to take a strict action towards her.
Please whenever doing the inspection make sure to get through each and every thing as it destroys the brand name.
