1. The education department of Government of Maharashtra had announced on 13th June 2024 that pre-primary and primary classes in schools will commence no earlier than 9 AM from academic year 2024-25 vide a Government Resolution directing the schools to start classes for pre-primary students till class 4 at or after 9 AM, irrespective of their board affiliation. However, Kidzonia International Pre School flouts these regulations daily in all its branches in Navi Mumbai
2. Staff are fooled by the management & HR on the salary structure promised during appointment and actual salary received
3. There are many deductions in the name of “Statutory dues” like Provident Fund, TDS, Profession tax etc but these are probably not even deposited on time with the Govt authorities or manipulated or funds misappropriated
4. Salaries of the staff are unnecessarily deducted on frivolous excuses despite the staff working hard daily and putting in long hours of work amounting to minimum 53 hours every week
5. Despite being in the education sector, various bank holidays on account of festivals are not allowed to staff and daycare. It is functioning like a corporate school but with no facilities to staff
6. The staff at Kidzonia are not paid their salaries on time every month and it stretches to the 10th of the next month. Staff find it difficult to pay their monthly EMIs which get debited between the 1st and 5th of the month
7. There are no proper appointment letters issued to the staff at Kidzonia
8. There are no salary slips issued to the staff
9. The staff at the branches are harassed by the HO staff/management on some pretext or the other
10. Some branches are given preferential treatment and rules are different for them leading to atrocities on other branches
11. The staff were compulsorily working on Election days in May 2024 without adequate compensation despite it being declared a public holiday by the Govt.
