, I hope this finds you well. I am writing to bring to your immediate attention a serious matter concerning our recent membership transaction with your organization, KI Vacation Club.

On December 20th, 2023, we purchased a membership with KI Vacation Club, making a payment of INR 46, 000. At the time of purchase, we were assured by the person in charge that the payment would be converted into EMI as per our agreement. However, on January 20th, 2024, we received a call stating that the payment had not been converted, and we were requested to initiate the transaction from another card to facilitate the conversion.

Reluctantly, we followed the instructions provided and made the necessary arrangements. It has now been 10 days since the second transaction, and unfortunately, we have not received any amount back from either card. This situation is causing great concern and frustration on our end.

Furthermore, it is disheartening to note that the person in charge has demanded the payment for the third time. This has severely impacted our trust in your company, and we no longer wish to be associated with KI Vacation Club.

In light of these issues, we have already taken the step of filing a complaint with the consumer court against your company for what appears to be fraudulent practices. We sincerely hope that this matter can be resolved swiftly and amicably to avoid further escalation.

Our request is simple: we urge you to transfer back the full amount of INR 90, 340 at the earliest convenience. We believe this is a fair and reasonable request considering the inconvenience and distress caused by the lack of resolution on your part.

We trust that you will treat this matter with the urgency it deserves and take immediate steps to rectify the situation. Failure to do so may force us to pursue legal avenues to recover our funds and seek appropriate compensation for the undue stress and inconvenience caused.
