Order K4802- I ordered for a co-ord set on 29th of aug 2023. I received the product on 4th of sept 2023 and on 5th of sept 2023 I requested for an exchange of size after reading the terms and condition of the exchange. It clearly states that as soon as the return product is picked up the exchange item would be shipped. But they did not do it. The return was picked up on 6th of sept 2023. I called on 7th of Sept 2023 and was told it would be shipped within a day or two.
The same never happened. On Monday 11th sept 2023 I called and was told that the exchange item was shipped on Saturday 10th sept 2023. When asked about the tracking detail he refused give it saying he would mail me.
I then immediately received an email but it said that they received my return and the exchange would be shipped soon.
The person on the phone most likely the owner had lied to me.
I tried calling again but my calls were not answered.

Today 12th of Sept 2023 I msged them on their Instagram account. The person there apologised and said they would ship it today but I insisted I wanted a refund instead as they had lied to me. The msg was read but no reply.
Then i tried calling and after so many calls finally my call was attended. The Guy(owner) shouted at me saying ‘you wanted a refund our social media handler told me, you will get it by evening we have procedures to follow’. I then told him none of this was informed by the instagram person on the messenger and asked him for an email stating the same. He repeated the same thing, you will get your refund and hung up on me. After that I called so many times but my calls were straight rejected.
I was then blocked on Instagram.
These people have no intention of refunding my money. Even on facebook one person has claimed they never refunded his/her money.
