Kinetic Green Ev — Poor quality of the vehicle and service.

I have purchased Kinetic EV Xing bike on 15-Aug-2022 from 'LOKESH AUTO'. Invoice no EV 22-23-24

Since then there has been a problem with the handle. The nut which holds the fork gets loose every 2-3 days. I have to visit the agency every 2-3 days to fix it and for that i have to pay the charge. When I ask the agency to fix it permanently the response is we don't know why it's getting loose so we cannot fix it. Because of the loose handle, it gets stuck and it's very dangerous while driving because I cannot turn the handle. Many times I have saved myself but it's getting out of control and I don't have the patience to visit the agency. I request you to please take some action against the agency and ask them to fix it properly.

Apart from the handle there is an issue with the suspension of the vehicle and it is very stiff causing heavy jerks and I have developed bakpaid. I have requested an agency to look into it but on that part also they say we don't know and we cannot do anything.

Every time I visit, they ask us to pay 300 -500 just for nothing. I am really frustrated and irritated with this kind of behavior by the agency person. I really thought of throwing the vehicle because of the poor quality and irresponsible behaviour of the agency. Once the bike is sold they don't care about customers.

When i took the delivery of the bike the delivery person torned/took all the free services coupons from the booklet and when we asked why did u took 3 coupons without our permission it, reply was for customers betterment. If you don't come for service we will fill it by ourselves and claim the payments. That means without providing fee service to the customer they are claiming the payments.
