On 30th November 2025, I was served uncooked chicken biryani at Kings Biryani, Mallapur, Hyderabad. After consuming the food, I experienced stomach pain. I contacted the restaurant via mobile and WhatsApp, shared images and the bill, but received an unprofessional response from Mr. Reddy on 3rd December when I visited again.
This raises serious concerns about food safety and hygiene. I request appropriate action to ensure such incidents do not recur.
