Kings Travels — Rude behaviour, late arrival

I travelled from coimbatore to chennai bis in kings travels on 31may 2017, at 9 pm my dad being old aged we were little late due some personal issues but they behaved very rude to us and they didnot wait even for a minute later we have to chase the bus and catch it, see i think travels are for customer satisfaction this travels is not at all fit for a good service on top of it we had to reach at morning 4 but we reached at 6 to out destination .PLEASE DO TAKE THIS COMPLAINT ON A SERIOUS NOTE AND TAKE ACTIONS.
