My Car - Grand Vitara GJ05 RV 05 9207 gets rainwater due to heavy rain in Entire surat city on 22nd and 23rd June 2025 and taken/given for repair at Kiran Motors-Pal-Near Galaxi Circle, Surart on 24.6.2025 with required papers and evidence. I regret and claim to say they have not given proper answer on mobile nor provides/shared any details for the same. So I send one of my coligue to visit workshop on 28.6.25 and meets the manager and insurance advisor to gets the updates on claim - service status, but shamelessly gots usual answer. After than he tries to find the car... and he found the numbers of cars parked / lying in the water at basements area of workshop. He shocked, surprised and informed the concern person but nobody will ready and able to reply for the same. My car may be safe parked in dry area of my society, where the rain water was already cleared on 24.6.25 moring, instead of parked/lying in the water at basement since 5 days, while we have handed car for repair due to effected by rainwater for @ 10 hours.. This is purely the negligence of the workshop people and same should not be tolerated by customers at any cost. My coligues has share some clip of car parked in water at basement area fully flooded of water, you can check the same with your CCTV records too. I come to know from reliable sources that one of well known press reporter relatives' car also parked in the basement under water and reporter has visited the place and capture the video and photographs of the same for further action. I sincerely request you to please check at your end secretly and do the best to repair the same at the earliest.
