We bought a new koel generator in april and it never worked when needed.
Twice we had power failure and the generator did not start. Remember its a brand new one. Each time it will have some complaint and we lose our business because of no power. The engineers who come for service repairs are also useless, they take multiple visits to find the fault.
Please don't buy products from this company, instead choose honda or any other brand. I have lost trust in this brand. Was this information helpful? |
