[Resolved]  Kitabay — Not received any response even after placing an order and paying the amount

I have ordered a small mystery box few days ago(i.e on 10th november.It is mentioned that they will deliver the order within 5-8 days from the date of the order.But I have checked the reviews and most of them are bad reviews and people were saying that those who have paid the price through online they have not received the orders and they do not respond to calls and emails.Today(i.e 16th november) I called the once they said me to mail them about the issue but I have not got any response yet.It was also mentioned in one of their mails when the order was placed they will notify me within 72hours but they didn't.I can't even track my order.The app sometimes say that they have received the payment and sometimes say that they have not received the order.The main problem is they are not giving any response and many reviews say that they are fraud.Atleast if they are not fraud they could have responded.So now I want the refund as I can see my item is not shipped yet.In one review someone said that they mark in their app as order receive but they don't send the items.Now they keep their phone switch off.
