I ordered a 24LB452A-TB LG Motherboard from KitBazar.in on 20 May 2025 (Order link: https://kitbazar.in/product/24lb452a-tb-lg-motherboard/), which was delivered to me on 24 May 2025. However, the product received was incorrect and did not match what I had ordered.

I immediately shared photos and an unboxing video with the seller on 25 May, and they acknowledged the issue, stating they would resolve it by Monday, 26 May. On that day, I was instructed to return the wrong product via India Post, and I complied. I returned it on 27 May via Speed Post (Tracking No: EW[protected]IN) at my own cost of ₹94 and shared the tracking information with them.

Since then, the seller has repeatedly delayed the replacement, promising dispatch "today" or "tomorrow" with no actual action. I have called them multiple times, but my calls are now being ignored deliberately, even though I can hear them talking to someone else.

As of now, the seller:

Is not sending the correct product

Is not refunding the payment or my return shipping cost

Is not responding to my messages or calls

This has caused me significant stress and financial loss. I request:

Immediate dispatch of the correct motherboard (24LB452A-TB LG)

Refund of ₹94 for return shipping

If the product cannot be provided, a full refund

If this issue is not resolved, I will be forced to escalate to the Consumer Commission and seek legal compensation.
