I recently relocated to a new house. With all my belongings i also shifted my ifb dish washer too which was till that point in time in perfect working condition. On reconnecting we noticed dish washer did not work, so we approached sandesh enterprise (Their bill reads kitchen care though) whose details were obtained through internet. They promptly sent a technician who came and checked the machine and said it requires to be taken to their workshop as he suspects pressure pump was not working. Reluctantly i agreed. They moved the machine and next day i got a call from them stating that pressure pump needs replacement and along with that some other parts too need to be replaced. I asked how come a perfectly fine pump all of a sudden became defective - to this they only said it could fail any time. Then they forwarded an estimate of rs 10800. I was obviously worried. So i asked for original ifb invoice before i make payment. I was then informed that invoice will come automatically by mail from ifb after i make online payment within two days. So i did make the payment with a condition that they need to show me replaced defective parts. They agreed. Then after two days they confirmed they had replaced parts and tested machine at their place and found everything fine. They charged me additional rs 2800 towards service charge and transportation. On receipt when they started machine again, it would not go upto dry cycle. Now they said mother board needed replacement and they would do that free of charge! I got serious doubts so i again insisted on earlier replaced parts and invoice copies but till date they have not done that. Machine was also damaged by them during transportation.
