Kitchen Cup — Still order not received yet

I have ordered kitchen items in kitchen cup.in website on[protected].but still order not received.i have attached the order completed status photo also.i called to customer service number he is asking to download the anydesk app from my mobile and to give him remote access after that he will refund the amount.can any one suggestion on this
