I called kicthencares.in on [protected] for dishwasher (in working condition water temp not hot ) for servicing on 8th sep . Selvakumar ([protected]) talked to me and sent his technician Shaan([protected]) on 8th . Shaan. Came and took 1000/- and also took the control board saying he has to check in the office . Next day on 9th sep Selvakumar called me and demanded an exorbitant sum of 19000/- for repairing . I told that I cannot afford that much and asked him to refix the control board in my dishwasher so that it will atleast work .
Selvakumar never do that for the past 1.5 months . He never answered any of my calls and messages . We tried calling from police station and he agreed to refix the control board which he never did rendering my dishwasher unusable .
When
My wife called him he talked to her in an unparliamentary way and spitted over phone . After innumerable messages and calls he called me and talked in an observe and vulgar way which a human cannot afford to hear .
Selvakumar and Shaan have cheated me by stealing the control oars and rendering the machine not usable . They are running a sort of extortion racket .
They have posted fake reviews in their website and there is no review in the public domain about them . They have not given any physical address intentionally in their website . They are using the website for trapping the customer and take critical parts out of the appliance e and demand exorbitant sum from the customer .
Selvakumar and Shaan seems to be fraudulent and cheat . Selvakumar seems to be uncivilised person who talks in an obsecene and vulgar way later on so that the customer will stop contacting them .
Pl take necessary action so that public will be get cheated further .
