Kitchencares.in — Dishwasher servicing . They took the control board and rendered it non usuable and not refixing the consumer board and not picking

Kitchencares.in seems to be fraudulent company . Reviews listed in their website are written by them and no review in the google by public . They have not listed any address and they have out that that are in Bangalore, Coimbatore and Chennai etc without any address and details .

I called them On 8th sep ([protected] )no given interim website telling them the dishwasher is working but hot water is not coming . Selvakumar called back ( [protected] not given in website) and talked sweetly and sent technician Shaan ( [protected]) immediately . Shaan checked the dishwasher and then took the control board saying that it cannot be checked at my home and he has to check at his office . Then selvakumar called on 9th stating that the board need to be replaced and will approx cost 19000/- . I told him I cannot afford to pay so Much and asked him to return and refix the control board in My dishwasher . He then said he can make it at 15000/- which I refused and asked him to refix the control board .He said he will take the dishwasher paying 10000/- . I told him to refix the control board first .

It is almost 2 weeks after that, selvakumar and Shaan has not brought the board back and fixed it . They are not picking the calls and not answering the sms and WhatsApp
Messages . They have planned and rendered my dishwasher in non working condition . When my wife called selvakumar he has talked very arrogantly and spitted over phone in an unparliamentary way .
I strongly feel that has sold this board to
Some other customer and took money from them . If I had agreed for 19000/- he would fitted the same board again and took money from me . Because I did not agree he has sold to Somebody else and not refixing it in
My dishwasher .

This is their modus operandi . Selvakumar and Shaan will go for servicing, remove important parts referring the appliance non usuable condition and then demand money from the customer.

Kitchencares.in selvakumar ([protected]/ [protected]) and Shaan ([protected]) seems to be highly fraudulent and cheating the customer .
Don’t call them for servicing as you will be cheated and you cannot do anything as they do not have any address and totally untraceable and will never pick customer calls .
Kitchencares.in selvakumar, Shaan are fraud and cheats and exploits the customer .
