Kiteshop Shipment — wrong product is delivered

I had ordered a saree on 8-2-2018 of rs 699. My order no. Is 55225. But when i receive my order on[protected]. It is not the same of my order but a very bad saree. Delivery boy's number is [protected]. It is hardly of rs 100-150. It is a fraud and totally waste of money. Now i want to replace it. I never do this type of mistake again in future. I tried many times to talk to the company but there was no any number. Please take a action and please help

Updated by Smart Suman I had ordered a Saree on 8-2-2018.my order no. Is 55225 but when I receive my order its not the same.quiet different from my order with kiteshop shipment.I want to replace it.please help

I purchased a order but this product is different. So plz change my item. My order no. Is 35248 and awb no.[protected]. I want return my amount. I order a saree green colour and golden border but this is a different colour and different categories.
