[Resolved]  Kiwi Data — Project charges not paid

Hello dear cosumer police,
we give a project to women name deepak kumar- 86, KANDAOLI, DHAULANA, HAPUR, UP 245304., with legal agreement bin with him,
we give a 800 forms and tell her achieve accuracy of 720 forms but after completing the project we even send her report of him work and we are ready to pay her but problem is he have to pay the penalty fees of Rs 4, 000 but she denied, we a company having a loss of Rs 4000.
please help and take actions against her.
