Kiwi Data Solutuions — Project charge denied

Hello dear consumer police,
We give a work to SHAILJA KATIYAR, D/ O ANAND KUMAR, HOUSE NO-78/ 39, PANDEYPUR, AMRITA, HARDOI, UP-241123.
we give a 800 forms and tell her acheive accuracy of 720 forms, but after completing the project we even send her report of work and we are ready to pay her but problem is she have to pay the penalty fees of Rs 3999. but she denied, we a company having a loss of Rs 3999.
please help and take actions against her.
