Respected Sir/Madam,
I would like to lodge a complaint regarding an online fraud committed against me by a person who introduced himself as Mr. Prashanth Sharma from KK Pharma Solutions, Mumbai.
On 10th March 2026, I enquired about the prices of medicines RICOVIR-EM and ANZAVIR-R tablets through the IndiaMART website. On 11th March 2026, I received a phone call from a person identifying himself as Prashanth Sharma from KK Pharma Solutions, Mumbai, offering to supply the requested medicines.
After discussion and negotiation, we finalized a deal for the purchase of the following medicines:
RICOVIR-EM – 15 bottles
ANZAVIR-R – 15 bottles
Instagra – 4 bottles
As per the agreement, I transferred an amount of ₹30, 300 to the following bank account provided by the vendor:

Later on the same day, Mr. Prashanth Sharma contacted me again and informed me that the carton capacity was 40 boxes, and requested me to add 6 more bottles to complete the carton. Based on his request and assurance, I agreed and transferred the remaining amount to the same bank account.
However, from 12th March 2026 onwards, when I started following up regarding the delivery of the medicines, the person stopped responding to my phone calls and messages. It appears that I have been cheated and the transaction was a fraudulent act committed with the intention of dishonestly obtaining money.
Therefore, I kindly request you to:
Register a complaint and initiate an investigation into this matter.
Take necessary legal action against the accused person.
Trace and freeze the above bank account to prevent further fraudulent activities.
Help recover my hard-earned money transferred to the fraudster.
