I booked a plot with Klazina Consultants Ltd. 2 years back on 05th Dec, 2013 and even after 2 years the Builder has not started any development and the Builder does not have any Land Ownership title as well as requisite Government body Approvals. I applied for refund but The builder agent Puneet Sahani is acting smart and delaying and avoiding refund. Only option left with me is legal action. This is a fraud on company part. I am also planning to sue Mr. B.D. Mehta of M3M Realtors who made me in such a Fraud scheme.

We have already taken the legal action against the Klazina and have been arrested. Now we are in the process to make a common platform to pursue the legal matters under various provisions.
