Booked flat in klj height project in bahadurgarh of klj developers in year 2010. It has been nearly 8 years from the date of start but no approach road so far inspite of taking edc (Approximately rs12 crore) from all buyer around six hundered in number. Now builder is asking /overcharging incresed super area for already errected flats in 2012 with lifts shaft, corridors, awnings, club ho use structure, stairs were structure wise ready., klj is asking for interest and cost escalation for period between feburary2013 to june 2015 when their construction was on hold due to environment license expiry. Hence no question of interest and cost escalation arise.
As flats were to deliver in year2013 and could not be completed due poor project planning,
