I bought a pair of Sony WH1000MX3 headphones from GrabGear in August 2022. On August 17, I received the product in a seriously worn-out and damaged condition. I contacted the customer care representative about the situation, and I sent the product back. Later, I received another damaged product, which I had to send back again. This time, I requested a refund because I was leaving the country, and the customer care representative from GrabGear said they would do so. I have made numerous attempts over the past 7 months to contact them via mail, WhatsApp, and by creating a complaint ticket on their website, but I have not yet received a response. They relocated to a new website called Unboxify.in and removed all of the product listings from their Grabgear website, making it inactive. I intended to use the gift card, but I was unable to because the website had turned out to be a scam. Grabgear's identical products are also available on Unboxify.in, which has the same management team but a different domain name.
