Kma Automotive — Unethical behaviour

We KMA Automotive are the authorized dealer for Piaggio Ape Vehicles In Tirunelveli District. We have ordered a chassis with Piaggio and they have also booked the chassis by your safexpress courier on 11.10.2023(waybill no:[protected]. But till date 18.10.2023 (8 days) we have not received the chassis. When we enquired through online tracking it reached your HUB at SALEM on 16.10.2023, again.
For past three days it is Salem hub itself till now it has not been moved for Tirunelveli HUB.
When we called the Local HUB in Tirunelveli (contact No: [protected], [protected] ) he is lethargically speaking that he is only the agent and he is not responsible to track where the consignment is, again we asked for Salem HUB number but again he told I can’t give the number if you want you can search in website and also telling regarding this you can complaint anywhere even to police no one do me nothing, the delivery boys also behaving rough with us at the time of deliveries,
He is totally spoiling the name and fame of safexpress, in ad you are giving as the complete solutions for logistics but your local agent lethargically speaking i can’t tell the status of the consignment and you can complaint anywhere.
We are in urgent of the consignment but till after 8 days of Shipment also and not Reached our Area HUB, We felt very Bad experience with safexpress and We are also going to give feedback to Our Piaggio Corporate office here after Pls don’t prefer safexpress.
