KMP Expressway / National Highway Authority Of India — Excess toll tax deducted from kmp highway by fast tag

on two occasions, entry on western peripheral expressway at Delhi-katra/Wetsren peripheral interchange Jasur Khedi and exiting at Kundli, I was charged Rs. 270/- for a short distance of about 50 km, which should not be more than 85 rupees. The relevant dates and times are:

This exceeds the approved charged manifold. kindly refund the amount to my fasttag account/Amazon Pay account linked to mobile no [protected].
I tried to call 1033 helpline number who asked me to contact the fasttag issuer. NHAI portal for feedback was too not helpful as it was neither accepting Kundli toll plaza, nor my mobile number [protected] as valid.
