Kmp Expressway — Request for Refund Due to Excess Toll Charges

I am writing to request a refund for excess toll charges that were deducted from my account on multiple occasions.

I usually enter from Palwal Toll and exit at Khalilpur Toll. However, on some occasions, the toll entry is not recorded properly at Palwal Toll, and as a result, I am charged the full toll amount instead of the applicable reduced amount.

The following excess deductions were made:

20 August 2026 – Rs. 250 charged instead of Rs. 40
4 October 2026 – Rs. 250 charged instead of Rs. 40

This issue appears to happen because my vehicle is not punched/entered correctly at Palwal Toll before reaching Khalilpur Toll, which is near Palwal.

I kindly request you to investigate these deductions and arrange a refund of the excess amount charged.

Please look into this matter and resolve it at the earliest.
