Knoah Solutions — Trap

This complaint is about KNOAH SOLUTIONS. First of all this company puts a rule in your offer letter at the very bottom in 21st column that if any employee leave the company within 6 months of their joining, would require to pay. (It will make sense at the end of this story) Once your training is completed, the company sets very high target like, we HAVE to finish the chat within 8 minutes (not sensible at all, common count of customers usually take minimum 2 minutes to reply to us, so basically the time is going there, the reader has for the query takes 4-5 minutes for freshers and resolution will take another 2 mins. In total minimum 10 minutes each chat.) the second target is giving 80% customer satisfaction when most of the customers give bad feedback cuz of their worst experience with Walmart and nothing against the agents. Which they also mention in the feedback’s. But Knoah would only like to blame the agents and give pressure so that they choose to leave the company due to high and senseless targets and that’s how they get money from you. Remember about the rule they mention in the offer letter about paying them if we leave company? Well, that’s a perfect plan KNOAH. Shame. Please please please do not choose KNOAH solutions as your career options. It will disturb your mental health. And upon that they’ll constantly ask you to login early and logout late. I’m trapped here and my team mates too and don’t want to see anyone else in this situation. Cuz job is supposed to give u mental satisfaction not only salary. It’s their plan. Well organised plan which I got stuck in 😓 I can do nothing but beg god to make them terminate me😭
